PBL session 3 =overall=

1st meeting we just do some brainstorming in the class. then get some chance to ask our lecturer,en.azmi about the whole issue in this session to get some idea. well....at 1st meeting, i don't know how to explain all the problem especially question 1 and 7. then en.azmi give explanation all the question . so i think my group can finish up this PBL session 3 successfully.....=)

second meeting is the last meeting before the presentation.so i can see all group are struggle to complete this PBL question. at this stage, i can say that i know the problem about but i still cannot explain properly. because when e.azmi ask my group to answer the question, if im not mistaken, about post implementing review, i know the answer but i don't know how to explain. so i ask my other group members to explain the answer, and its correct. maybe i can say its my English problem..huhuhu....next, to complete the PBL, we also make some discussion with the other group to know from their point of view before ask en.azmi to go further.

3rd meeting is the last meeting on this session. as usual, all the group need to present all the question detail. after voting my group need to present question 4 is about the problem   that associated with the file conversion. alhamdulliah all the presentation done smoothly even i do some mistake that make the whole class laughing at me....huahahahaha......(maluuuu betollll...(>.<)...) after all...i would like to thanks to my lecturer, En. Azmi  and to all my classmate because of their corporation......well done all.....!!! =D

How to make my presentation more presentable and eye catching

in my opinion the presenter must well prepared before the presentation. do some homework about the topic that have to present.this is important for you if the audience ask the question. the first impression is important. so the presenter should wearing proper cloth to impress the lecturer and the other student..hehe..next should have the eye contact with the audience. body language also needed while presenting. this is one of the way to attract the audience. the presenter also need to control their voice.do not over confident and do not show your nervousness. the slide preparation also need to be simple and easy for the audience to understand.

P/S: after my presentation, i realize there are many weaknesses that i have to improve. for example too nervous and make many mistake because of that. i need to do more eye contact with the audience and be more prepared.... well.....i will try my best to improve and get better for next presentation.... insyaALLAH....(^_^)V

PBL session 1 ~overall~

we have a presentation for the last meeting PBL session 1. after all the presentation, i already know about the problem solution because all group give better explanation for each problem.detail and accurate...=D

PBL session 1 ~meeting 2~

1)  what i like about this case/problem is i already know what actually phases in SDLC and what the task that involve in each of the phases. for example at preliminary investigation should identify the problems, system analysis need to gather the information needed and analyze data and same goes to the other stage. which mean each stage have their own task to be done.

2)  what i do not know about this case/problem is how to accurately give the explanation more further for each problem.

3)  what i like about this PBL session is in this second meeting i can ask my lecturer all the question that i dint understands. From En.Azmi explanation and also teammates discussion, i already know how to solve this case.

4)  what i do not like about this PBL session is still have some argument in my group about some question and because of time limit,we could not ask further to our lecturer...

PBL session 1 ~meeting 1~

1)  what do i know about this case/problem are after i read the case, i got some idea that the problem is about    System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and also Steering Committee. all the employee are discussing about the company situation and try to begin with problem identification.

2)  what i do not know about this case/problem is actually im not really understand what is the SDLC and also all the phases in SDLC which are it start from preliminary investigation, system analysis, system design, system construction ad implementations and lastly system maintenance.

3)  what i like about this PBL session is the problem in this case are actually cover all the ropic in chapter 1,so in this way i can learn more detail in this chapter. in this 1st meeting also my lecturer,En Azmi Nias allowed everybody to complete the case at home...=D

4)  what i do not like about this PBL session is i dont know how to solve this problem without any explanation from my lecturer...
